Rakesh Chopra, along with his company has been at the forefront of reliability engineering in space and defense technologies for the last two decades. Today, his experience and unique vision have made his company an industry leader in risk management of space technology, nuclear system integration and design evaluation. During his career he has hown vast expertise in teh fields of safety, reliability, maintainability and quality assurance (SRM&QA) and releated fields by providing valuable consultation and analysis to different governmental and leading private, aerospace and defense companies around the world.
He takes credit to become a member of Challenger Space Shuttle redesign and recertification team of National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). He also takes credit for evaluating life times for all GSFC Space Crafts that were launched between the year 1970 and 1990.
Mr. Chopra and his team have been continually appraised by both governmental and private, aerospace and defense companies from across the globe for providing them Invaluable Engineering Solutions for over the last twenty years. Director of Operations
Joined STi as an Engineer and moved up the ladder as he was instrumental in the growth of the Company with the Navy & Marine Corps. At present he is Director of Operations and manages a staff of 150+ employees. After he took charge at STi in 2006, the company has doubled every year in the past 4 years in terms of revenue as well as number of employees.

Security Manager / Senior Engineer
Mr. Zhao leads the company’s security group to conduct employee security education, training and certification. He is responsible for monitoring the security operations for the organization. He establishes and implements security policies, regulations, procedures and rules and makes sure that the environment in our organization is safe for employees and visitors.
Mr. Zhao is an experienced systems engineer in many technical areas including design analysis, systems prediction, requirement assessment, configuration control, electronic circuit simulation, failure analysis, stress analysis, worst-case analysis, verification and validation, reliability engineering, systems safety, product assurance, risk assessment, logistics, and proposal and contract management
Director of Field Operations
Mr. Boyd is responsible for directing efforts that encompass personnel, resource, and business processes development. He has 29 years of defense industry expertise which includes diverse senior managerial positions. He has routinely identified business drivers that were utilized for successfully incorporating best practices and delivering on time results. Additional areas of responsibility have also included providing organizational oversight of customer and employee relations. As part of a decorated military career, he has directed and coordinated the efforts of personnel on multiple overseas deployments consisting of maintenance, operations, and logistics in support of global defense missions. His efforts were primarily focused on leading and developing diverse teams, and incorporating the necessary change for safe mission execution. Mr. Boyd’s education matches his diverse background in that he holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology “summa cum laude”, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration “magna cum laude”, and a Federal Aviation Administration Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
